Born and raised right outside of Boston, Massachusetts, Julia moved to New York City to pursue her degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Pace University. 

Starting at Vinyl Steakhouse as a Servers Assistant, she moved her way up to Server, and now Private Dining Manager. 

Her passion for incredible food, drink, and company, comes from the countless times she has spent dining with family and friends sharing stories and laughter over a fantastic meal. 

Serving a 5 star meal for others has always been a love language for her. Providing guests with a place to come together for birthdays, anniversaries, or just a typical night out, is what keeps her in love with the industry.
