Sebastian Ensignia

General Manager

Sebastian is Vinyl Steakhouse' General Manager hailing all the way from Chile. He is a customer oriented, passionate, travel loving guy with a fierce love for the bar and restaurant industry. 

He was born in Venezuela, but spent half his life in Miami. A former bartender at heart, he has been behind the wood at some of the best bar and restaurants in South Florida, and most recently part of the management team at Barceloneta in Miami Beach. 

With 13 years of experience under his belt, he has come ready to conquer the city that never sleeps with his driven, hard working, and multicultural personality. He is always looking to work for the best and take on challenges head on. Vinyl Steakhouse is proud to have him on the team.
